Beau and I love Chirashizushi aka Chirashi don (ちらし寿司), which is basically a variety of sashimi on a bowl of rice. After our trip to Europe, oh boy we were craving for sushi so badly, and a Chirashizushi would totally fix us up! =) We went to our favorite spot for it – Hanako, and yes we both think they have the best Chirashizushi in town!
Chirashizushi on a bed of seaweed rice ~ $20 Hamachi (yellowtail, はまち), Sake (wild salmon, 鮭), Maguro (tuna, まぐろ), Ebi (shrimp, 海老), Hotate (scallop, ほたて), Tai (red snapper, たい), Hokkigai feminism end of men (surf clam, ホッキ貝), Unagi (freshwater eel,うなぎ), Tobiko (flying fish roe, とびこ), Masago (smelt roe, まさご ), Tamago (egg), Tako (octopus, たこ), etc..
